For persons who need help with baths, shampoos, etc., the Home Health Aide may be of assistance.The Aide can come as often as necessary, to help you manage at home. There is a fee for service. A sliding fee scale may be used which is based on your income. Commission on Aging helps fund this service for some people, and Medical Assistance, private insurance and Medicare may pay for this service, if eligible. Personal Care Services are also provided to persons eligible for COP/CIP and other services through the Department of Human Services.
