Home Care allows clients to receive professional care in their own home, under the direction of their family physician. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify for Home Care Services, a Home Care nurse will be happy to come to your home, do an evaluation and talk with you about the options available.

Our Home Care Services:
- Nursing- skilled care and assessment
- Instructions and support for patient, family and other caregivers and directing them to appropriate services available.
- Speech Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy, a therapy that aides in the patient's
transition home by making adaptations in the home or suggesting equipment to aide the patient.
- Skilled evaluation and observation
- Blood drawing
- Wound Care
- Ostomy and catheter instruction and care
- Care of and instruction in IV medication therapy
- Medication instruction, prefilling medicine dispensers
- Injections
- Diabetes, diet and insulin instructions
- Tube feedings

Our goal is to provide professional health services in the comfort and security of your own home ~ to help you to return to good health and independence as quickly as possible.The services provided under the Home Care Program are reimbursed through:

- Medicare
- Medical Assistance
- Private Insurance or HMO
- Sliding Fee Scale ~ Self pay according to income

No one is denied home care services because of inability to pay.
